Michelle sees the big picture, she takes wild and unstructured ideas and turns them ifto practical, usable, implematble solutions.


Her strengths are in planning, building, and executing strategies for growth. A natural relationship builder she believes communication and collaboration are key factors for successful implementation of any project. Michelle understands the importance of implementing measurable milestones to meet and exceed long term strategic and financial objectives.

At SMARTlab Michelle bridges ideas uncovered through rigorous PhD and post doc research and our community. Michelle has deep expertise in Marketing, account management, stakeholder relationships, financial planning and management and operations.


Previously as the CEO at Aereus Technologies she oversaw development of a radical product at the intersection of  biotech, advanced manufacturing and coatings industries. She works on interdisciplinary projects that require scalability. Her role at SMARTlab is to share the findings and outcome of the research conducted with those that can benefit from it most, building resilience and growth in out community.
